This is a view from the ski lift about half way up the mountain.

They brought us lunch up on top of the mountain and we had some workshops there.

What goes up must come down!
The temperature was pushing 80 degrees but there are still glaziers on the mountain.
We got to this point on the trail and were told the only way down was to slide.
Mick went first and then I followed.
It was really fun and the wet bottom cooled us off for a while.

Several of the young men went down a few times

and even stood while coming down the mountain.

If you look close you can see where most of us slid down.

Here we are at Stewart Falls. Several of the young men in our group climbed to the top of the Falls. We weren't as adventurous.
We really enjoyed this hike and the beauty that surrounded us.

That brings back good memories! I wish I could hike stewart falls today! Jared would have been one of the boys sliding down the hill for sure! :)
