After the EFY Session we spent a week in California.
We drove up the Pacific Coast Highway.
Before we got to the highway we passed by many fields that migrant workers were working in.
We passed one field where we saw a lot of cases of strawberries.
We were driving through a small town and passed a strawberry stand.

We stopped and bought these strawberries for $4 dollars!
They were so sweet and delicious.
They have to be the best strawberries we have every tasted!
We had them finished by the end of the day.

The Pacific Coast Highway follows the ocean all the way up to San Francisco.
It was a beautiful drive. The day was a little overcast so it wasn't very clear over the ocean.
It was scary in a few areas as we drove along the mountainside with the ocean on the other side.
It was just a drop off with out a guard rail in some places.
Mick didn't find the drive to be very relaxing at all and was relieved when we finally made our destination.

We stopped and watched the Elephant Seals. That was really interesting!

Kaylie at one of the viewing points.

We went on the 17-mile drive through Carmel by the Sea and Monterey

This was a beautiful drive.
We stopped at Spy Glass and Pebble Beach golf course.

Mick would love to play this course some day but we will have to wait until we are rich and famous ;)!

There were a lot of other really nice stops where you could view the ocean, seals, ects.
